6. Physical or Electronic Signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your name is sufficient for electronic signatures).
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
1. Identification of Removed Content
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
2. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Consent to Jurisdiction
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found.
4. Contact Information
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
Our Response Process
Receipt of Notice
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notification to User
We will notify the user who uploaded the content about the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
Counter-Notification
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. The content may be restored if no legal action is taken within 10-14 business days.
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
